About CVA India

Chartered Valuers Association of India (CVA India) is a non-profit organisation incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 incorporated on 10/06/2016 having Registered Office at H No. 56-B, Sec. 5A, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir – 180012, India with Customer Identification Number (CIN) U74999JK2016NPL009693. CVA India Proposed to register, train, educate and promote the profession interests of the members of the association.

Objectives of CVA India

To bring into the fold of the Association all valuers of immovable property, agricultural to coffee estates, stocks, shares and debentures of companies, shares of a partner in a partnership, business assets including goodwill, jewelry, precious stones and ornaments and works of art, life interest reversions and interests expectancy, tea estates, standing for mines and quarries, machinery, electrical equipments, industry etc.

To assist and guide general public, government and semi-government bodies in all types of valuation matters.

To encourage valuation training by organizing day and evening lectures, visits and excursions etc.

To hold examination, test or interview in all branches of Association for enrollment of members in the Association.

To grant certificate of Fellowship or Membership to the members who shall be eligible for the same by experience and/or general qualifications.

To effectively look after the interests of the members of the Association in every sphere of their life and activities.

To promote the interests of the members of the Association as well as that of the country in every possible way.
